Current leadership opportunities
Plant Head
Lead the plant with accountability for production, planning, utilization, manpower and process discipline.
- Own end-to-end plant operations and production planning.
- Improve machine utilization, output consistency and dispatch alignment.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, quality and sales teams.
- Drive maintenance planning, cost control and process improvement.
Ideal profile: 10+ years in manufacturing operations, preferably in fasteners, sheet metal or engineering production.
Quality Head
Strengthen process quality, inspections, documentation and customer confidence across the supply cycle.
- Manage incoming, in-process and final inspection systems.
- Own NCR, CAPA, calibration and supplier quality follow-up.
- Support audits, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closure of customer quality issues.
Ideal profile: 8+ years in manufacturing quality, with strong inspection and systems experience.
Sales Head
Drive revenue growth across OEM, industrial and fabrication customers.
- Lead new business development and key account growth.
- Build a pipeline for industrial fasteners and recurring supply.
- Handle pricing, negotiations and sales forecasting.
- Coordinate fulfilment and long-term customer retention.
Ideal profile: 10+ years in industrial B2B sales, preferably in fasteners, hardware or engineering products.
